Wen brings close to a decade of experience leading projects and working with decision-makers of leading brands, Fortune 500 companies, and high-growth startups across strategy, product development, as well as helping executives build high-value skills.
Kim Vu Dinh
Kim manages client engagements and service delivery in Europe to transform digital operations. He is also the Co-Founder and former CEO of insurtech company Kovers, nominated for the prestigious French Tech 120 startup program.
Additionally, Kim brings 20+ years experience in project and change management, leading digital transformation projects for mid-market insurance, energy, telecom and tourism companies as well as major public sector organizations.
John Drago
John leads system architecture and technical delivery teams, partnering with client engineering teams to create industry leading flagship products. He brings expertise in modern software architecture, emerging technologies, and the design and implementation of DevOps systems.
With close to three decades experience in software engineering, he has helped close to 30 established companies and startups in the San Francisco Bay Area during critical times such as product pivots, pre-product launch, and engineering team halts.
Ti Guo
Ti integrates cutting-edge AI libraries and frameworks into modern software architecture and manages Sparkcraft's growing developer community.
Additionally, he hosts AI workshops for CTOs, technical leads, and engineering managers.
As a seasoned data scientist at IBM, he led pivotal client and internal projects, contributing to their database of gen-AI use cases as well consulting guides.
Martin Ganev
Martin leads marketing, sales and stakeholder relations at Sparkcraft. Additionally, Martin supports the team on client engagements as an account manager.
He is an operations and business development professional with over five years at two of the world's largest financial and insurance institutions.
Past experience includes internal audits, revenue analysis, and even selling screen time in the heart of New York’s Times Square to Fortune 500 companies.
